Duties of Deacon of the Week:

1.       Assist Pastor in receiving new members on Sundays at invitation.  Fill in new member cards and remain with new members as they are greeted at the end of the service.

2.   Delivery of flowers (if available) or bulletins to members who have experienced recent loss/illness or visit with extension member of the week.

3.       Write follow up notes to all prospective visitors that have come that week.  Updated list is available from church office.
